Halloween information:

Students are allowed to wear costumes to school on Halloween within the following guidelines: no masks may be worn during the school day, no excessive blood or gore, and no weapons or look-alike weapons of any kind! Costumes must be safe, school-appropriate, may not include gang-related attire, and may not violate any regular school rules or dress codes. Keep the costumes fun and it should be a fun day for all!

Parent-teacher conferences:

Parent-teacher conferences will be taking place November 4, 5, and 6. Forms will be sent home soon for parents to sign up for a conference time that is convenient for you. The school will schedule conference times for all students in grades K-6, and conferences will be scheduled for students in grades 7-8 only upon the request of the parent or teacher. Junior high teachers are also open for drop-on conferences during regular conference hours on a first-come-first-served basis. Please return requests to school by Friday, October 24, so we can notify you early of your scheduled time. We encourage all parents to participate!

Come visit our new parent center!

Located in the elementary and junior high school, the parent center was built through a grant that Kiley Schenk wrote and won from Lowe's. The space is to be used for parent meetings, and as a lounge for parents and volunteers who are in the school. Just check in at the office and get the combo and make yourself at home!
